Sometimes when we send a recharge request to the mobile operator, we receive a confirmation from the mobile operator that your recharge has been successfully processed, even though the recharge transaction had actually failed.
If any transaction is marked as success and your account has been debited and recharge not received from your operator then within next 2 hours refund will be applied to your account and the transaction status will update as “Reversed”
The above system will work perfectly in almost all cases, in case if amount is not getting reversed for failure transactions which is marked as Success then please feel free to raise a support ticket.
